Terrammare Lab - Laboratorio di Ceramiche d'Arte,
nasce dall'incontro di Miria (Maria Rosaria) Furio e Roberto Farinacci,
e dal loro amore per la terra, l'acqua e la luce,
elementi indispensabiliper la creazione di oggetti in ceramica.
Realizzano le loro opere seguendo tutti i delicati processi della lavorazione ceramica,
dalla progettazione alla cottura a bassa temperatura (940°-1100°),
attraverso il disegno, la modellazione, la pittura e la smaltatura.
A Luglio 2019, vincono il bando Interreg
"Craft Lab: design e arte tra Italia e Grecia",
realizzato nell'ambito del progetto europeo "Craft Lab - Residencies on the way from products to the AdriIonian design”.
Il 30 novembre dello stesso anno viene inaugurata la mostra di fine percorso
alla Fondazione Museo Pino Pascali di Polignano a Mare,
a cui Terrammare Lab partecipa con un'opera (composta da tre vasi di dimensioni diverse) dal titolo “Medit-errando”:
“Il Mediterraneo ci traghetta verso le porte d’oriente ed oltre.
Gli occhi errano verso nuovi orizzonti e le navi solcano il mare in altre direzioni.
È questa suggestione che ci invita a ripercorrere la nostra cultura e ad evocare,
attraverso i nostri volti, questo antico melting pot, oggi più che mai da ri-conoscere e salvare.”
L'opera in questione è stata selezionata dalla Regione Puglia e dal Museo Pino Pascali
per essere esposta al Salone del Mobile di MIlano 2020, alla Fiera del Levante 2020
e alla prestigiosa fiera parigina "Maison Objet" 2021.
Le ceramiche di Terrammare Lab, tutti pezzi unici modellati e dipinti a mano,

indispensable elements for the creation of ceramic objects.
They carry out their works following all the delicate processes of ceramic processing,
from design to low temperature cooking (940°-1100°),
through drawing, modeling, painting and glazing.
In July 2019, they win the Interreg call
"Craft Lab: design and art between Italy and Greece",
realized as part of the European project "Craft Lab - Residencies on the way from products to the Adriionian design".
On 30 November of the same year the exhibition of the end of the route is inaugurated
at the Fondazione Museo Pino Pascali in Polignano a Mare,
in which Terrammare Lab participates with a work (composed of three vases of different sizes) entitled "Medit-errando":
"The Mediterranean takes us to the gates of the East and beyond.
The eyes wander towards new horizons and the ships furrow the sea in other directions.
It is this suggestion that invites us to retrace our culture and to evoke,
through our faces, this ancient melting pot, today more than ever to be re-known and saved."
The work in question was selected by the Puglia Region and the Pino Pascali Museum
to be exhibited at the Salone del Mobile in Milan 2020, at the Fiera del Levante 2020
and the prestigious Parisian fair "Maison Objet" 2021.

can be found for sale, as well as in their workshop/ exhibition space in Corso B. Croce, 27 in Bari
